General Information Procedures
Enrollment in First City Providential College is a contractual in nature. Upon applying for admission to FCPC, the students bind himself/herself to recognize, accept and comply with the existing rules, regulations, policies, and requirements of the school.
Admission, Retention, and Promotion Policies
- Requirements for Admission
- SF 9 / Report Card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certicate
- Retention – No falling grade in any subject at the end of the school year
- Promotion – Final general average of 75.00 and higher in all subjects
Enrolment Procedures
These are the steps to follow during enrollment:
For new students:
- Submit the following documents:
- SF 9 / Report Card
- Good Moral Certificate with Learner’s Reference Number
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Accomplish the Information Sheet, Registration Card and Medical History Form
- Pay the assessment fee
- Take the entrance examination
- Wait for the result of the exam
- Proceed to the Interview section and answer the questions of the interviewer
- Get the classification slip and list of materials
- Proceed to the Encoding Section
- Pay the registration fee of the required payment
- Claim the official receipt and the printed Certificate of Enrollment
- Submit the accomplished Medical History Form to the clinic and ask the medical staff for a check-up
- Proceed to the ID section
- Claim the school ID
For old students:
- Accomplish the Information Sheet, Registration Card and Medical History Form
- Get the classification slip and list of materials
- Proceed to the Encoding Section
- Pay the registration fee or required fees
